Abstract
A projekt arra irányul, hogy nyomon kövesse a közoktatási intézményekben a jelzőrendszer működésének folyamatait a veszélyeztetettség jeleinek észlelésétől kezdve a gyermekvédelem felé történő jelzésig, azonosítsa a jelzési magatartást meghatározó tényezőket, és feltárja az iskola és a gyermekjóléti intézményrendszer közti együttműködés hiányosságait. Az iskolai szociális segítőkkel készült félig-strukturált interjúkkal a következő kutatási kérdésekre kerestünk választ: i) Milyenek az eddigi tapasztalatok az iskolai szociális munka bevezetésével kapcsolatban? ii) Mi a gyakorlatban a szociális segítők feladata az iskolai gyermekvédelemben, és hogyan működnek együtt a gyermekvédelem iskolán belüli szereplőivel? iii) Változott-e és hogyan változott az iskolai jelzőrendszer működése az iskolai szociális segítő megjelenésével?
The project aims to monitor the functioning of the child protection referral system in schools, from the detection of vulnerability to the reporting to child protection, to identify the factors determining reporting behaviour and to identify gaps in the cooperation between schools and child welfare institutions. Semi-structured interviews with school social workers were conducted to answer the following research questions: i) What are the experiences so far with the introduction of school social work? ii) In practice, what is the role of the school social worker in child protection and how do they cooperate with child protection actors within the school? iii) How has the practice of child protection reporting changed with the introduction of the school social work?
