Abstract
Kutatásunkban (1) kidolgoztunk egy olyan, big data alapú módszertant és adatbázist, amely segíti a vállalkozásokat a munkavédelmi szabályok értelmezésében; (2) egy pilot projekt keretében felmértük, hogy a legfontosabb érintettek körében milyen a fogadókészség ennek használatára, illetve milyen feltételek mellett használnák inkább az adatbázist; (3) egy coaching folyamat keretében segítenénk az adatbázis bevezetését, a használatának elterjesztését, valamint action research-öt folytatva monitoroznánk a használók reakcióit és értékelnénk a bevezetés tanulságait. A kutatás során mesterséges intelligencia alapú gépi tanítás (Support Vector Machine) segítéségével modellt tanítottunk arra, hogy a számítógépes algoritmus a jövőben képes legyen a balesetek osztályozását elvégezni.
Our research focused on the compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS). The research focused on three interconnected activiries: (1) we developed a big data-based methodology and database to help companies interpret the OHS rules; (2) we conducted a pilot project to assess the receptiveness of key stakeholders to its use and the conditions under which they would prefer to use the database; (3) we conducted a coaching process to help introduce the database and disseminate its use, and conduct action research to monitor the reactions of users and evaluate the lessons learned from its introduction. We used artificial intelligence-based machine learning (Support Vector Machine) to teach a model to enable the computer algorithm to classify accidents in the future.
