Abstract
A HUN-REN TK Kisebbségkutató Intézete által életre hívott kisebbségi jogtár célja annak számbavétele és összehasonlító elemzése, hogy Magyarországon és a szomszédos államokban, elsősorban a térségbeli rendszerváltások és függetlenség elnyerése után (1989-1991), és napjainkban, a 21. század elején, milyen jogi helyzetben élnek a hivatalosan nemzetiségként vagy kisebbségként elismert különböző nemzeti, etnikai közösségek.
The aim of the Minority Law Repository launched by the Institute for Minority Studies of the HUN-REN Centre for Social Sciences is to take stock of and comparatively analyse the legal situation of the various national and ethnic communities officially recognised as nationalities or minorities in Hungary and the neighbouring countries, primarily after the regime changes and the gaining of independence in the region (1989-1991), and at the beginning of the 21st century.
