Abstract
A kutatás a magyarországi és Magyarországhoz kötődő kutatók helyzetét méri fel egy országos, a magyarországi kutatói közösségre reprezentatív minta segítségével. A vizsgálat kiterjed a jövedelmi viszonyokra, a pályázati aktivitásra, a tudományos teljesítményre, a kutatók mentális állapotára és jóllétére, a tudományos előrehaladást hátráltató tényezőkre, valamint az MTA és FKA megítélésére. This study assesses the situation of researchers in Hungary and those linked to Hungary, using a national representative sample of the Hungarian research community. The study covers income conditions, grant application activity, scientific performance, the mental health and well-being of researchers, factors hindering academic career progression, and the institutional perception of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA) and the Hungarian Young Academy (FKA).
