Abstract
A tanulmány alapjául az a kérdőíves felmérés szolgált, amelyet 1997 tavaszán a Szonda Ipsos Média, Közvélemény- és Piackutató Intézet hajtott végre a nyilvántartott mintegy másfélezer hazai egészségügyi alapítvány területileg arányos rétegzéssel kiválasztott 300-as mintáján. Az adatok feldolgozása során kiderült: a felvétel számos ponton kivezet a szigorúan vett alapítványi körből. Ebben a kitágított keretben szemlélve a 300 alapítvány kérdőíve önmagánál többről beszél: a maga módján hozzászól az egészségügyi rendszer reformja körül zajló vitákhoz és a társadalmi-gazdasági átalakulás szélesebb politikai kérdéseihez egyaránt.
This paper grew out of the analysis of the data of a survey which the Szonda Ipsos Media, Public Opinion and Market Research Institute carried out in spring 1997. The survey was run on a sample of 300 out of the almost 1500 registered Hungarian health care foundations which were selected poportionally in accordance with their territorial distribution. In the course of data processing it turned out that the results of the survey in many respects point toward some socio-economic problems far beyond the sphere of foundations strictly speaking:they substantially enrich our understanding of the ongoing health care institutional reform in general.
